The Race Across The St. Johns is a cross-current, 3.8-mile (6 km) swim. It is unusual in that it includes crossing a channel and swimming in a littoral zone.
The swim takes approximately 2 hours, depending on your individual speed and the tidal current.
The dual-county race starts in Clay County at Fleming Island Marina in Orange Park, FL and ends in Duval County at County Dock in Jacksonville, FL.
